Overview
Facadia turns a single photo into a materials report — what's on a home's facade, roughly what it would cost to replicate or renovate — using AI vision analysis rather than a manual estimate. It runs as a public web app, with a free tier for casual use and a paid plan for homeowners, renovators and building-materials suppliers who need more analyses.
Facadia also feeds the rest of the platform: its material identification and valuation output is a data source for the Oracle's building-materials verification work, and supports DNY Building Supply's product presentation.
